Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized/custom products, or sale items, are not eligible for return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
