You have 14-30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized products, or sale items may not be eligible for return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-14.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, contact us at Esyb@gmail.com.
